Taxes

With a few exceptions, our services are generally tax-free or subject to very light taxes: 

  • There's a 1.5% B&O tax if you're based in Washington State.

  • There may be a VAT charge (or your country's equivalent) if you are outside the U.S. and are purchasing our services for personal use (not on behalf of your business). 

Because these taxes don't apply to all customers, they will be invoiced separately.

Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel anytime in your first 30 days of service and you will not be responsible for a second month's payment. After your first month, you must cancel in writing at least 30 days before your next month's scheduled payment is due. This is so that your assistant can be reassigned to another client. No refunds will be given for unused hours or for hours already paid for. 

Timeframe

You can purchase a plan online using the buttons above and we'll be in touch within one business day to start onboarding your assistant. You can also fill out the form on our Get Started page or schedule a discovery call for more information before you pay.

 

Depending on the complexity of the tasks you need help with, onboarding can take 3-10 business days. If you require expedited help with general administrative tasks that require little-to-no training, we can provide this in less than 3 business days.
