How We Got Started
Our founder, Layne, became a digital nomad in late 2015. Her first remote job was ghostwriting for a tech startup. As the company grew, she learned that she had a knack for process design, operational optimization, and leadership.
She got promoted to lead a team of writers, then the writing department, and then two more departments (sourcing and research). Now she builds, trains, and manages globally distributed teams for other tech startups.
Over the past ten years, Layne has built a trusted global network of high-performing, growth-minded operations associates. Now she wants to share their skills and commitment with other digital nomads and entrepreneurs.
