Cancellation
Policy
We understand that business needs can change, and you may decide to discontinue services with Astrolabe Assistants. To ensure a smooth transition and allow us to plan effectively, all cancellations from your second month of service onward must be made with at least 30 days’ notice.
This means you can cancel at anytime in your first 30 days of service and will not be responsible for a second month's payment. After your first 30 days, please notify us in writing at least 30 days prior to the start of your next billing cycle if you wish to discontinue services. For example: if your next month of service is due to be charged on August 14th, please notify us by July 14th at the latest.
After your first month, cancellations made with less than 30 days’ notice may be subject to billing for the upcoming month, as we reserve your assistant(s) in advance. This means we may decline to accept another request for your assistant's time if they are reserved for you. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to: contact@astrolabeassistants.com
